We help you to methodically identify physical and attitudinal barriers that disabled people face whilst attempting to access your service and then assist you to plan to remove them.

We know from experience that you and your staff will already have an understanding of equality and exclusion and will obviously have expert knowledge of the service you deliver. Through brainstorming and discussion you will be able to identify most existing disabling barriers.

Our approach is to facilitate debate and discussion rather than to tell you what to do. It is important that your organisation has a sense of ownership of any action plans produced.

We offer bespoke training to suit all levels and can focus on the needs of managers and/or front line staff.

We work with large or small groups of staff and can design seminar/discussion sessions that last from 1 hour up to 2 days.

We are also able to offer associated disability equality training and access auditing.
