• Our liability for any loss, damage or injury as a result of training or consultancy offered or undertaken is restricted to the cost of the training or consultancy delivered.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage relating to the installation or operation of software not supplied by us.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel training or consultancy for whatever purpose.
